Matyas Gabor, who reports to the CMO, our future Director, Growth Marketing will be responsible for directing marketing activities, acquiring new customers and directing their efforts to retain existing customers.
Main tasks:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to attract and engage users;
- Lead a growing team of marketers and ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives;
- Analyze data to identify user acquisition and engagement opportunities and make data-driven decisions;
- Collaborate with creative, product development and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience;
- Budget, forecast and manage growth marketing efforts;
- Measure and report the success of growth marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments;
- Monitor industry trends and identify new development opportunities;
- Manage and build relationships with external partners and suppliers;
- Define and implement an A/B test or experiment for marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing and content marketing;
- Experience in data analysis to inform and optimize marketing strategies;
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and project management skills to lead a team and collaborate with other company departments;
- Good understanding of product development and customer experience;
- Analytical skills and experience in market segmentation and development;
- Excellent knowledge of performance KPIs, such as: conversion rates, number of subscribers, order rate and LTV;
- 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
