Our future Marketing and consumer data analyst will be empowered to analyze our data to identify insights and guide their actions in day-to-day operations for conversion rate optimization.

Our marketing and consumer insights expert is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer data and online behavior to provide recommendations that drive marketing strategies and product development.

Some specific duties include:

  • Conducting primary and secondary research to gain an in-depth understanding of consumer needs, preferences and behaviors;
  • Analyze data from multiple sources such as web analytics, databases, surveys, focus groups, sales data and social media analytics to identify trends and insights;
  • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on consumer insights;
  • Make recommendations for product development, marketing campaigns and other business decisions based on consumer feedback;
  • Stay abreast of the latest market research techniques, tools and trends to ensure research efforts are cutting edge;
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including surveys, sales data, and social media analytics;

  • Ability to clearly and convincingly communicate experience and research results with data visualization tools;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with both written and verbal as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of the latest market research trends, tools and methodologies;
  • Strong understanding of consumer segmentation and targeting methodologies;
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with external research firms and vendors;
  • Good understanding of business issues and ability to use research insights to make business decisions.
