A former member of the executive committee, Christophe was particularly responsible for the development of DSM Dyneema, which experienced very strong organic growth through the establishment of several factories and key partnerships worldwide.
Active recruitment policy to support industry growth and R&D strategy
In 2022, more than 10 new employees with complementary profiles and skills joined the Afyren teams to support the Group’s industrial development in France and internationally.
These new hires particularly strengthen the R&D team and reflect AFYREN’s desire to develop and continuously optimize the best sustainable solutions for its customers and partners.
New staff are also being hired in engineering and project management to support existing operations teams and anticipate international expansion, particularly the design of future factories. Other profiles also strengthen regulatory, administrative and financial teams to ensure compliance and operational quality of products and processes.
The AFYREN group currently has more than 100 employees, including 60 at the AFYREN NEOXY factory in Saint-Avold, Grand Est, and around 45 based on the Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand sites, half of which are fully dedicated to Research and Development. Development.
